Another feature that I am bringing into Gremlins Online is “Spoiler-Free Reviews”
This is something that has been tons of fun to do on social networking sites, and a few readers have suggested they would like to see brought to the larger audience of Gremlins Online.
Spoiler-Free reviews are sometimes in-depth looks at recent movies or TV shows, sometimes moments after airing, capturing the writer’s immediate impressions of what they just experienced. They aren’t always the perfect review, and can often be a bit surprising, but they are reviews for lovers of media to lovers of media that want some info but want to avoid spoilers.
So as they are uploaded, check them out and tell me what you think! If you have a Spoiler-Free review or want to start writing them regularly for Gremlins Online, let me know, I would be happy to take a look at some samples and see if you would be a good fit for the site.

Here is a great technical review of the recently released Gremlins 2: The New Batch Blu-Ray.
I am definitely looking forward to the deleted scenes/outtakes and seeing how they fare against what we already have seen on previous editions.

There is a pretty neat Gremlins reference in the newest episode of Family Guy this week. Not too long but entertaining nonetheless. It happens right in the beginning of the episode if you aren’t a Family Guy fan. If you are, stick through the episode to get some neat other 80’s references and a pretty good episode overall. What did you think?

Hey gang This is a really neat article I found on Bloody-Disgusting, regarding the 7th draft of the 1983 Gremlins script. Some really unique changes were made between the 4th draft and this draft, notably gizmo changing into a butterfly-like-creature.

My miniature Gremlin puppet from Gremlins 2. It was used in the scene near the end when all the Gremlins melt. The wires attached controlled movement, and the tube pumped green fluid to enhance the melting appearance.
