I am definitely looking forward to the deleted scenes/outtakes and seeing how they fare against what we already have seen on previous editions.

There is a pretty neat Gremlins reference in the newest episode of Family Guy this week. Not too long but entertaining nonetheless. It happens right in the beginning of the episode if you aren’t a Family Guy fan. If you are, stick through the episode to get some neat other 80’s references and a pretty good episode overall. Hey gang This is a really neat article I found on Bloody-Disgusting, regarding the 7th draft of the 1983 Gremlins script. Some really unique changes were made between the 4th draft and this draft, notably gizmo changing into a butterfly-like-creature.

My miniature Gremlin puppet from Gremlins 2. It was used in the scene near the end when all the Gremlins melt. The wires attached controlled movement, and the tube pumped green fluid to enhance the melting appearance.
