Gremlins Online!

Wow, suddenly the drought of Gremlins-related merchandise seems to be over!

While poking around for more information on the non-existant Gremlins PS2 game, I came across this mock-up box by NECA for the upcoming GREMLINS BOARD GAME!  

According to various online retailers, the general selling points are:

“This board game is a must have for Gremlins fans. Included are mini Gizmo plush as game pieces.
Keep them out of light, especially sunlight.
Don’t ever get them wet. keep them away from water.
But the most important thing, the thing you must never forget…no matter how much they cry, no matter how much they beg, never, NEVER, feed them after midnight!”

So that is interesting, mini gizmo plush game pieces…. too bad we only have the temporary cover and no more information to go on until it releases, but the release date varies from retailer to retailer.

The board game is available for preorder from quite a few online retailers (which leads me to believe this is actually a real product), such as:

Take it all with a grain of salt, and be sure to contact the site before plunking your hard-earned cash monies down.
I haven’t found more than a site or two with english prices, so this may only be a UK release…
